As you can probably tell, I have completed the first part of the migration from Wordpress MU to Icy Phoenix and so far, everything has gone smoothly.

The vanilla install of WPMU is currently being uploaded to the server and will try to work as quick as I can to get the blogs up and running again soon.

I'll update the post once I have the blogs up and running again.

In case you do not know me, I'm the owner and sole administrator of the site and originally created it back in 2004 as a hobby site sharing my tips and tricks related to PCs.

I'm 22 years old and live in Carrickfergus, 8 miles outside of Belfast, Northern Ireland.

My interests include computers, playing video games on Xbox 360/PC/PS3 and learning about the world around me.

One question I get asked regularly is the origin of my alias and I'll explain why.

As I said above, I wanted to create a website that would help me share PC related tutorials etc and chose SilentDefender because it sounded like a good "techy" name for the site.

I soon decided to use SilentDefender as my primary username for easier recognisation although I still tend to use other aliases too on some websites for security reasons.

As you can see this Topic is Attached to a News Category which is displayed in the Home Page. You can simply create News Postings in Home Page by Posting a Topic and select the News Category into which the News Message should be posted.
